Application Process
- How long does it take for an application to be approved?

- If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?
You can pay $100 that goes toward your security deposit when you move in. This will hold the unit for two weeks.
- Are there any move in charges?
$500 security deposit, 10% rent cleaning fee, and an application fee of $71.
